How this started

Cole Bramlett spent more than a decade working construction and hauling around Creek County before buying a single truck and one container in 2016. The reason was straightforward: he had spent years waiting on containers that turned up late, turned up in the wrong size, or turned up with a price that changed once the load crossed a scale - and watching haulers from Tulsa struggle with a county disposal system they did not know.

Ten years on we run a fleet across Sapulpa, the Creek County towns and into the Tulsa metro, and the operating principle has not moved. Tell people the truth about what they need, protect the property, and charge the number that was quoted.

What we actually do differently

We know the county disposal system. Construction debris from Sapulpa goes to the Creek County Landfill on South 33rd West Avenue, and we run it every day - its access, its rules, what it takes and what it turns away. We run a properly tarped truck and use the American Environmental Landfill in Sand Springs as a second option when it fits.

We recommend smaller containers. This one surprises people. Dense material - tile, concrete, the red clay and sandstone of eastern Oklahoma - reaches a container's tonnage allowance while it still looks half empty. Recommending the 15 yard instead of the 20, or a dedicated 10 for the clay, costs us revenue and saves the customer money. We do it anyway.

We keep recyclables clean. Reusable asphalt can be recycled rather than landfilled - but only in a container holding nothing else. On a paving or pad job we set up a dedicated clean box for it. The same clean-load logic keeps concrete and fill routing efficiently.

One number, tarped loads. The flat rate covers delivery, the rental period, collection, county-landfill disposal and a stated tonnage allowance, with the overage rate quoted in the same breath. And every load leaves tarped and secured. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee appearing on an invoice for the first time.

Why local knowledge matters here

Sapulpa is the county seat of Creek County and part of the growing Tulsa metro, so the work splits two ways. New construction and newer-home remodels across the subdivisions toward the Interstate 44 corridor and out into Glenpool, Jenks and Bixby produce bulky, light debris that wants a larger container. Renovation of the older Route 66-era homes downtown gives up dense material that wants a smaller one. And nearly every job that moves earth produces the heavy red clay that needs its own box.

Then there is the disposal reality. Household hazardous waste stays out of the box, tires and batteries are barred, and reusable asphalt is recyclable only when clean. A company that works the county every day knows all of it. We quote each job on what it actually is, and we will explain the difference if you want to hear it.

• Cole Bramlett — Founder & Owner. More than a decade in local construction and hauling before starting the company. Still takes sizing calls, particularly on anything involving concrete, red clay, older-lot placement or a tricky access.
• Denise Whitfield — Operations Manager. Runs the schedule, the swaps and the contractor accounts, and knows which Creek County and metro roads a loaded truck can and cannot manage. If you need a same-day swap, she is the one who makes it happen.
• Travis Restruck — Lead Driver. Has been placing containers on Sapulpa driveways and tight downtown lots for years and sizes a load by eye better than most. If he says a 30 will not fit your lot, it will not fit.
• Marla Kingfisher — Customer Care Lead. First voice on the phone most mornings, and the person who will walk you through what can and cannot go in the container.
